Empowering Youth, Shaping Futures: Yuvaan's Mission to Transform Lives Through Education and Opportunity
Yuvaan, founded on November 1, 2013, is a voluntary youth organization inspired by Swami Vivekananda, India’s ex-President Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, and guided by Gandhian Dr. S. N. Subbarao. We are dedicated to supporting underprivileged youth, including orphans, nomadic, and tribal students, by providing them with free education, vocational training, career guidance, counseling, and essential living support. Yuvaan aims to create a society where every youth has the opportunity to thrive, fostering a sense of social responsibility, unity, and love for the nation.

Yuvaan is dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth by providing free education, career guidance, vocational training, counseling, and essential support like lodging and meals. We aim to help orphaned, nomadic, and tribal students overcome barriers and realize their dreams.
We envision a society where all youth, regardless of background, have the opportunity to succeed. Our goal is to foster values of social sensitivity, brotherhood, and a sense of humanity, empowering young minds to contribute meaningfully to the community and build a brighter future.
Volunteering with Yuvaan lets you impact underprivileged youth through mentoring, events, and relief work across India. Support orphanage children with activities or guide hostel students for a brighter future. Your skills, time, and knowledge matter. Join us in empowering future leaders.

What Our People’s Say About Yuvaan

Born in a nomadic community marked by crime, Suraj’s early life was anything but easy. After his father’s passing, he was raised by his illiterate mother in a small 10x10 room on Malrana Road, outside a remote village. Despite societal pressures and poverty, his mother made it her mission to educate her children.
His sister Aarti Bhosale, now a national-level boxer and staff selection employee, became his pillar of strength. She found support from YUVAAN for Suraj’s education when she herself was offered a city hostel and boxing coaching from Police Coach Shakeel Shaikh.
Suraj joined a diploma in civil engineering but failed in four subjects in his first year due to a poor study environment. He personally assured that with YUVAAN’s support, he would turn his life around.
And he did.
Suraj not only cleared all his subjects the next year, but also went on to complete his Diploma and Degree in Civil Engineering with distinction. With sheer dedication and mentorship from YUVAAN, he cracked the Public Works Department exam and is now a Government Assistant Engineer – the first civil engineer from his community.
More inspiring is how he chose to give back. Suraj now mentors underprivileged students, donates to YUVAAN, and has taken guardianship of a needy student’s education — fulfilling the cycle of transformation.
When felicitated with the book “I Had a Dream” by IAS Dr. Rajendra Bharud at YUVAAN, he stood as a role model for many — proving that with resilience, right guidance, and support, even the most disadvantaged youth can become nation-builders.

Hailing from a marginalized rural background, Madhuri Thanage had the will to pursue education but lacked the means. While working at a cloth store just to afford basic education, she approached YUVAAN for support.
With access to free lodging, meals, guidance, and emotional strength through YUVAAN’s Free Youth Hostel, Madhuri successfully completed her GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) from a Government Nursing College.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she worked fearlessly in the ICU ward, becoming a frontline warrior in the toughest of times. She later gained valuable experience in a reputed private hospital and continued her preparation for government jobs.
Today, Madhuri proudly serves as a Staff Nurse (Aarogya Sevika) in a Government Rural Hospital—a symbol of strength, resilience, and dedication.
But what makes her story truly special?
She has now taken responsibility for the higher education of two other needy girls through YUVAAN—becoming a donor, a mentor, and a role model.
“YUVAAN didn’t just help me survive—they gave me a mission. I’m not just a nurse, I’m a chain in the circle of giving.”
From taker to giver, from seeker to savior—this is the legacy YUVAAN nurtures.
